If you knew how many times I\u2019ve come close to breaking, you might think differently.\u201d<\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<i> \u201cEach time you learned and got stronger. Now you\u2019re as strong as the steel in your knives.\u201d He moved to put his arm around her waist, but she stepped away.<\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<i> He wondered what he had done wrong as the silence grew. She walked over and stared at the whiteboard again. \u201cThis is dangerous, isn\u2019t it?\u201d<\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<i> \u201cYes.\u201d<\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<i> She sighed. \u201cCan I ask you a favor as a friend?\u201d<\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<i> \u201cOf course.\u201d Gavin was puzzled but waited.<\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<i> \u201cHave you chosen a mate yet?\u201d<\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<i> She\u2019s standing right here, he thought, but she doesn\u2019t know it yet. \u201cNot officially.\u201d Now that she was back, he needed to have that conversation with his pack leader.<\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<i> \u201cOh,\u201d she said, \u201cNever mind then.\u201d<\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<i> \u201cWhy, Dot?\u201d<\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<i> She sighed. \u201cI was going to ask you to have sex with me tonight,\u201d she said, and the knives spun in the air again. \u201cBut if you\u2019re spoken for, never mind.\u201d He waited again, sensing there was more she needed to say. \u201cI realize there is a chance I\u2019ll get captured tomorrow night, and if I do, there\u2019s a better chance I\u2019ll be raped. Probably by more than one man as they either fight over me or share me as spoils. And I hoped my first experience would be a pleasant one.\u201d His fists were clenched as tightly as his teeth as she slid the knives back in place. \u201cCan you believe that I\u2019m still a virgin?\u201d she asked, avoiding his eyes. \u201cI\u2019ve had a few offers, but decided I wasn\u2019t into the friends-with-benefits scene.\u201d<\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<i> He cock grew hard instantly. He\u2019d dreamt of holding her too many times for his body not to react.
