\nFor those of you that didn’t read this when it was on Linda McLaughlin’s  blog, here it is:<\/span><\/p>\n
Me:<\/i> Gavin, you fell for Dot almost immediately. What attracted you to her?<\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/div>\n
Gavin:<\/i> Her eyes, I think. She has beautiful eyes and they are so expressive. I dated lots of women from both my pack and others, and none of them ever attracted me like Dot did. Her courage shines through them, and that\u2019s what got to me.<\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/div>\n
Me:<\/i> Is Dot really as tough as she acts?<\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/div>\n
Gavin:<\/i> Tougher, maybe. I think there are still things she hasn\u2019t told me about her past because she\u2019s afraid I\u2019ll try to take revenge on the people who hurt her.<\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/div>\n
Me<\/i>: You chose not to challenge your father for pack leadership for a long time. Why not?<\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/div>\n
Gavin: <\/i>He was doing a good job, and I didn\u2019t see any need to take over. He was open to suggestions and made some changes to make the pack more modern, and the pack, for the most part, seemed content. I saw how much of his time was spent keeping the pack functioning, and I didn\u2019t want to be tied down like that if I didn\u2019t have to be. <\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/div>\n
Me:<\/i> Which form do you prefer to see Dot in\u2014human or wolf?<\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/div>\n
Gavin: (laughs)<\/i> I know better than to answer that question. She\u2019s beautiful no matter which form she\u2019s in.<\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/div>\n
Me:<\/i> We\u2019re running out of space, so one last question. Have you and Dot discussed adding any little ones to the pack?<\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/div>\n
Gavin:<\/i> We\u2019ve talked about it, and that\u2019s all I\u2019m going to say right now.<\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/div>\n
Me:<\/i> From the smile on your face, I think there\u2019s something you\u2019re not telling me. But I know our time is up, so I want to thank you for your time today.<\/span><\/div>\n
